In the current environment, it's important for all of us to shop smarter and more consciously. We are taking the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very seriously and we want to update you with the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety in our stores and in your home.
We are doing everything possible to keep our customers safe and our stores clean, and remain open for business. We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures, if necessary, so we can continue to safely enable everyone to find quality flooring at an affordable price.

- We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and spending extra time sanitizing our store. Especially the doors and surfaces where we interact with our customers.
- We also know that many of you have scheduled in-home consultations. We are making sure all our staff is using hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and using caution before entering your home.
- We have also created a policy requiring all team members to stay home if they’re feeling ill or have symptoms of a respiratory infection.
